V dňoch 23.-24.10.2021 sa na ihrisku Legend v Penati Golf Resort uskutočnilo finále U. S.Kids Golf Tour SK 2021. - The finals of the U.S. Kids Golf Tour SK 2021 took place on the course Legend in Penati Golf Resort on October 23.-24, 2021.
V chladnom ale slnečnom počasí bojovalo v jednotlivých vekových kategóriách celkom 40 mladých golfistiek a golfistov. V kategórii Dievčat do 8 rokov sa z celkového víťazstva a získaniu nominácie na Európsky a Svetový šampionát, ktoré sa uskutočnia v roku 2022 v Škótsku a USA, tešila Zoey Sophia Pápay. Víťazstvo je o to cennejšie, pretože v prvý súťažný deň sa jej veľmi nedarilo, ale druhý deň dominovala, na náročnom ihrisku vyhrala s výsledkom 37 rán (+1) a potvrdila dominanciu vo svojej kategórii.
Srdečne blahoželáme a držíme palce, aby dosiahla dobré výsledky aj pri reprezentácii Slovenska na Európskom a Svetovom šampionáte.” Vyjadrenie Zoey Sophie: “Ihrisko bolo ťažké, ale dala som to. Cítila som sa veľmi dobre, bola to zábava a som veľmi šťastná z víťazstva.”

In cold, but sunny weather, a total of 40 young golfers competed in an individual age categories. In a category of girls under the age of 8 Zoey Sophia Pápay won an overall victory and the nominations for the European and World Championships, which will take place in year 2022 in Scotland and USA. The victory is all the more valuable, because on the first day of the competition she didn´t do very well, but on the second day she dominated, and won on the difficult field with the result of 37 shots (+1) and she confirmed her dominance in her category.
We sincerely congratulate her and we keep our fingers crossed, that she will achieve good results in her representation of Slovakia at the European and World Championships.
