Pandémia Covid-19 sa prejavila aj na golfovom poli a tak sa turnaje U.S.Kids začali s dvojmesačným oneskorením. - The Covid-19 pandemic also affected the golf course, so the U.S.Kids tournaments started with a two-month delay.
Za krásneho počasia 20.6. v Golf & country club Piešťany mladí golfisti dokazovali, že aj napriek dlhej prestávke nič nestratili zo svojej zručnosti a na ihrisku sa bolo načo pozerať. Úspešne k obhajobe slovenského prvenstva v kategórii D8 vstúpila Zoey Sophia Pápay, ktorá zahrala výborných 40 rán a do poslednej jamky zvádzala boj o prvenstvo s hráčkou z Českej republiky. Veríme že radosť a chuť z hry s akou sa Zoey Sophia prezentuje na turnajoch jej vydrží a v budúcnosti budeme o nej ešte veľa počuť.

The Covid-19 pandemic also affected the golf courses and the U.S.Kids tournaments began with a two months delay. On the July 20th during beautiful weather in Golf & country club Piešťany young golfers were proving that despite the longer break, they didn´t lose anything from their skills and there was a lot to watch on the courses. Zoey Sophia Pápay successfully entered the tournament defending the Slovak title in the category G8 playing an excellent 40 shots and fighting over the first place with a player from the Czechia until the last hole. We believe, that the joy with which Zoey Sophia presents herself in tournaments will continue to last and in the future we will hear a lot more about her.
