V Taliansku sa skončil významný medzinárodný mládežnícky turnaj Venice Open 2024 s veľkým úspechom Zoey Sophie Pápay, ktorá obsadila konečné 3. miesto. To že sa jej na tomto podujatí mimoriadne darí potvrdzuje aj skutočnosť, že zbierku medailových umiestnení rozšírila už na štyri (dve 1. miesta a dve 3. miesta).Tretí záverečný deň vo veľkých horúčavách bol v podaní Zoey Sophie najlepším. Od prvej jamky išla s cieľom zabojovať o medailové umiestnenie a podať výkon, s ktorým by bola spokojná. Zahrala 2 birdie, 15 parov, 1 bogey, ako jediná v kategórii dievčat U11 dosiahla výsledok pod par (-1/71), ktorým sa posunula na výborné 3. miesto a opäť zaznamenala najlepšie umiestnenie zo slovenských golfistov a golfistiek. Zoey Sophia Papay with an excellent 3rd place at Venice Open 2024 The important international youth tournament Venice Open 2024 ended in Italy with the great success of Zoey Sophie Papay, who took the final 3rd place. The fact that she is extremely successful at this event is also confirmed by the fact that she has already extended her collection of medal positions to four (two 1st places and two 3rd places). The third final day in the big heat was Zoey Sophie's best. From the first hole, she went in with the goal of fighting for a medal position and giving a performance with which she would be satisfied. She played 2 birdies, 15 pars, 1 bogey, and was the only one in the U11 girls' category to achieve a result under par (-1/71), with which she moved to an excellent 3rd place and once again recorded the best ranking among Slovak male and female golfers.
