Prvé kolo U.S.Kids European Championship ovplyvnil dlhotrvajúci dážď

V East Lothian, známe ako Škótske golfové pobrežie sa 28.5.2024 začal 15. ročník U.S.Kids Golf European Championship.

Medzi 23 hráčkami kategórie Girls 10 Slovensko zastupuje mladá nádejná golfistka Zoey Sophia Pápay. Na šampionát išla výborne pripravená, odhodlaná pobyť sa o popredné umiestnenia. Bohužiaľ neustály dážď spôsobil premočenie ihriska, ktoré bolo miestami na hranici regulárnosti. To ovplyvnilo výkony väčšiny dievčat, medzi ktorými bola aj Zoey Sophia, ktorá sa nedokázala vyrovnať s náročnými podmienkami hlavne pri patovaní a so skóre 81 rán/+9 figuruje priebežne na 11. mieste. Ale zajtra je nový deň veríme, že Zoey Sophia podá optimálny výkon, na ktorý sme u nej zvyknutý.

Among the 23 players in the Girls 10 category, Slovakia is represented by the young promising golfer Zoey Sophia Pápay. She went to the championship well prepared, determined to fight for the leading positions.
