V druhom kole sa Zoey Sophia dokázala zlepšiť o 8 rán, zapísala si +7 a poskočila o 9 miest na delenú 51. priečku (+22/166). Klobúk dolu! Začiatok jej síce nevyšiel a na prvej jamke zahrala naša golfistka bogey, ale následne zahrala 7-krát par. Bogey na 8. jamke ju nerozhodilo, ukázala pevné nervy a presnú ruku a na 9. jamke zaznamenala prvé birdie na turnaji. V druhej polovici kola sa nevyhla malým zaváhaniam a striedala pary s bogey, čoho výsledkom bolo už spomenuté skóre +7.

A bogey on the 8th hole did not throw her off, she showed strong nerves and an accurate hand, and recorded her first birdie of the tournament on the 9th hole.
