Jubilejný 15. ročník Charity Golf Cup pod záštitou Petra Bondru aj s účasťou čerstvej víťazky Champion of Champions Zoey Sophie Pápay pomohol deťom sumou 23 830 - The 15th anniversary of Charity Golf Cup under the organization of Peter Bondra with the participation of the recent Champion of Champions winner Zoey Sophia Pápay helped children with the amount of 23 830 euros.

Výťažok v hodnote 23 830 € z 15.ročníka charitatívneho golfového turnaja putuje priamo pre telesne a mentálne postihnuté deti prostredníctvom nadácii. Tento rok sa odovzdalo Nadácii Miroslava Šatana 13 000 eur, Nadácii Hodina deťom 5 000 eur, Nadácii Autis 3 000 eur a Nadácii Rory Sabbatini 2 830 eur. Za 15 rokov sa tak týmto projektom rozdelilo priamo deťom s ťažkým zdravotným postihnutím, nemocniciam a zdravotníckym zariadeniam 336 638 eur.

Vyvrcholením turnaja bolo odovzdanie vyzbieranej sumy peňazí do rúk prítomným deťom a zástupcom nadácii a občianskych združení. Symbolické šeky v hodnote 1000 až 1500 € prevzali rodičia s deťmi priamo z rúk Petra Bondru, Tomáša Tatara, Martina Fehérváryho, Marka Daňa, Richarda Lintnera, Mareka Fašianga, a ďalší. Golfový turnaj prišli aj tento rok podporiť známe tváre slovenského športu a šoubiznisu. Golf si zahrali okrem Petra Bondru, Mira Šatana, Richarda Lintnera, Jána Lašáka, Tomáša Tatára, Martina Fehérváryho, Adama Ružičku, Marka Daňa, Slavomíra Vorobela, Reného Školiaka, Tomáša Fleischmanna aj lyžiari Adam a Andreas Žampovci, basketbalista Radoslav Rančík, umelci Milan Kňažko, Martin Mňahončák, Filip Tuma, Marek Fašiang, moderátorka Dianová Dagmar a bývalý osobitný vyslanec generálneho tajomníka OSN v niekoľkých krízových oblastiach Ján Kubiš i nová Champion of Champions vo vekovej kategórii do 9 rokov Zoey Sophie Pápay.

Športovci darovali pre pomoc časť svojho športového oblečenia, hokejisti dresy, hokejky, puky a tričká s vlastnoručným podpisom. Strieborný z minuloročnej olympiády Rory Sabbatini daroval pamätné oblečenie z olympiády a set golfových palíc za ktorým sa získala najvyššia cena.

Proceeds worth of 23 830 euros from the 15th annual charity golf tournaments will go directly to physically and mentally disabled children though the foundation. This year, 13 000 euros were given to the Miroslav Šatan Foundation, 5 000 euros to Hodina ďeťom Foundation, 3 000 euros to the Autis Foundation and 2 830 euros to Rory Sabbatini Foundation. In the past 15 years, this project distributed 336 638 euros directly to children with severe disabilities, hospitals and medical facilities.

The highlight of the tournament was the handing over of the collected amount of money to present children, and representatives of the foundations and civic associations. Symbolic checks worth 1 000 euros and 1 500 euros were received by parents and children directly from the hands of Peter Bondra, Tomáš Tatár, Martin Fehérváry, Marek Daňo, Richard Lintner, Marek Fašiang, and others. Famous faces of Slovak sport and show business came to support the golf tournament again this years. In addition to Peter Bondra, Miro Šatan, Richard Litner, Ján Lašák, Tomáš Tatár, Martin Feérvýry, Adam Ružička, Marek Daňo, Slavomír Vorobel, René Školiak, Tomáš Fleischmann also skiers Adam and Andreas Žampa came, basketball player Radoslav Rančík, artistis Milan Kňažko, Martin Mňahončák, Filip Tuma, Marek Fašiang, presenter Dagmar Dianová and former special envoy of the UN Secretary General in several crisis areas Ján Kubiš and also the New Champion of Champions winner in the age category under 9 Zoey Sophia Pápay.

Athletes donated part of their sports clothing, hockey players gave jerseys, hockey sticks, picks and autographed t-shirts. Rory Sabbatini, the silver medalist from the last year´s Olympics, donated the commemorative clothes from the Olympics and a set of golf clubs for the top price.
